A rounded ceramic vessel crafted from an intricate mosaic of gold and grey segments, Sunburst is a striking piece by Doris Miller. The golden sections feature a hand-drawn sun motif radiating warmth, while the cooler grey pieces create contrast and balance. A celebration of light and form, this sculptural work captures Miller’s signature blend of storytelling and surface design.

Miller taught classes at the Southwest Craft Center and was chosen as the San Antonio Art League Artist of the year. Miller has created numerous commission installations for large companies in the states as well as abroad.
