Regal in name and form, The Royal Crown is a tall raku-fired vessel topped with a striking stylized crown lid. Its surface features a mesmerizing color-shifting glaze that dances between hues depending on the light—an iridescent tribute to Miller’s mastery of raku technique. Miller taught classes at the Southwest Craft Center and was chosen as the San Antonio Art League Artist of the year. Miller has created numerous commission installations for large companies in the states as well as abroad.
